1. Limited license
Star D. Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the relevant app-store rules.
Our games, artwork, characters, code, design, audio, names, and other content are owned by Star D. Games or used under license. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit them except where applicable law expressly permits.
2. Player conduct
You must not:
- Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, interfere with servers, or bypass security or technical restrictions.
- Use an offensive, unlawful, deceptive, or impersonating nickname or social profile.
- Harass other users, manipulate leaderboards, submit malicious content, or misuse friend and sharing features.
- Use our services in violation of law, store rules, or third-party rights.
We may restrict features, remove content, reset manipulated results, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect players and services.
3. Game services and purchases
Game progress, rewards, virtual currency, lives, items, or similar features have no cash value and do not represent ownership of real-world property. We may balance, modify, add, or remove game content as the service evolves.
Purchases and refunds are processed under Apple App Store or Google Play terms. Store purchases are generally tied to the platform account used to complete them. Do not share account credentials.
Advertising, including optional rewarded advertising, may be provided through third-party networks. Choosing not to watch an optional rewarded ad may mean the related optional reward is not granted.
4. Third-party services
Our services may connect to Apple, Google, Firebase, advertising networks, social platforms, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

5. Availability, disclaimers, and changes
We work to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, permanent availability of online features, or that every error can be corrected immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The date at the top will be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
